Type of equipment

A bandwidth of 384kbits is generally considered to be a minimum for an application, for which the resulting video will have a refresh rate of 30 frames/second, which is very correct. It is more and more common to see  equipment operating at 768kbits or 1.5Mbits per second, thus allowing high-resolution images.
